For The Media/Publicity
Review copy requests
We are happy to supply review copies of any of our titles, audio books, or journals to bonafide members of the print, broadcast, or online publications media if possible and/or while supplies last. For selected titles, prepublication, advance galleys may be available. Otherwise we provide printed copies of the title. We are also considering the possibility of sending review copies electronically to streamline the review copy procedure.
To have your review copy request considered, please fill out the inquiry form or send an e-mail containing all the information that is requested such as your name, title, the publication or show, the title you're requesting, if you are considering a review or a feature, any proposed dates for the interview or publication, your phone number, fax, e-mail, any website address (URL), any other comments, how you learned about the title or author, and any other information that would be useful to us.

As a courtesy, if you do review one of our titles, please send us a copy of the review by regular mail, if printed, or the URL for any online publications. Send the published reviews to:

Interview requests
If you are a producer, talent booker, host, or interviewer for a TV, cable, or radio show and you wish to consider one of our authors for an interview, please e-mail publicity@hannacroixcreekbooks.com or call (203-321-8674) the publicity department. You may also fill out a Media request form.

Desk or examination copy requests
If you are a faculty member considering a title as a required reading for your class, you may request a desk or examination copy. Requests are considered on a case by case basis. We ask that you provide a nominal all-inclusive fee to cover the cost of printing, shipping, and handling for each title that you request ($10 for trade paperback titles, $15 for hardcover). If you wish, if you select our title for your course, this desk/examination copy fee could be returned.
