Angel Fernandez Fermoselle

Ángel Fernández Fermoselle, 45, studied Journalism in the U.S, at Marquette University of Milwaukee (Wisconsin), where he graduated Cum Laude in 1987. He holds a Master’s degree on Business Administration and Management by the University of Deusto and in Journalism by the school of journalism of El País and University Autónoma of Madrid. Angel began his career with Grupo 16; he was responsible for the international department of the magazine Tribuna de Actualidad. In the last years of the eighties, he joined the foundational team of the newspaper El Mundo, where he was a foreign correspondent, first in New York and later on in Washington D. C. When he returned to Spain, he became the vice-chairman of one of the regional editions of El Mundo. In 1993, he joined the family company; from 1994 and 2000, he was, first, managing director and, then, President of the football club Real Valladolid SAD.

 

In 2004 he founded Kailas Editorial, an independent publishing company. In 2005, his first novel, Amor Kamikaze, was published He is also the author of the short story collection, Last Seconds, which is being published in the U.S. in 2011 by Hannacroix Creek Books. He is currently working on his third work of fiction.
